Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with a machine, as well as bent-over rows. First, she warms up prior to moving into work out sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. One way to achieve this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are done.
